Dancing in the ChurchWhen God's people dance before him, it is a glorious declaration of God's goodness and worth! Dancers worship God with their whole bodies, a living sacrifice and a spiritual act of worship. Dancing is a unique expression of praise that ushers the congregation into the presence of God. Dancers use their countenance, flags, banners, and dance garments to proclaim the message of the Gospel. While dancing adds depth and color to a service, the goal is to glorify God and minister to the congregation - not to entertain. |
