Event Request Form
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
Approval of this request depends upon availability of rooms, dates, and program funds. Please submit this form at least two weeks prior to your event. If funds are requested, you must submit a completed Disbursement Form two weeks prior to the event. Approval must be granted by Administration before scheduling. Upon approval, the event will be posted to the master calendar and you will receive a signed copy of the request.
LOCAL MEDIA COVERAGE AND ADVERTISING
You may request local media coverage (i.e. newspaper, television broadcast and/or radio Stations) for your event. When doing so, you are advised to submit your event request a month in advance. Please note that although we will submit the request, media coverage is granted at the discretion of the newspaper, broadcast, or radio stations.
ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR THE SUNDAY BULLETIN
For general internal announcements for the Sunday bulletin, you may submit an e-mail to the Communications Coordinator and provide the pertinent details: The Who, The What, The When, The Where, and How Much.
