Pastor Rhea has served as the leader of LifeSprings Christian Church since 1996 and is a driving force in shaping the future of ministry to believers. His vision and covenant connections has made LifeSprings a powerful instrument in the education and transformation of believers worldwide. He is committed to increasing the effectiveness of the LifeSprings Body, the surrounding community of Liberty Hill and believers, in general, through sound biblical teaching and mentorship. His desire is to see every person transformed and well-equipped to fulfill the Great Commission. As such, he works in service as a spiritual mentor to pastors nationally and internationally, and is frequently sought after for his wise counsel. Under his leadership, LifeSprings continues to grow, thrive and serves as an integral part of God's kingdom within the local community as well as on the national stage.

He and his lovely wife of over 30 years, Donna, are a true example of covenant marriage. His daughter, Crystal Mancilla, along with her husband, Andres, are active members of the LifeSprings family.

David Joiner - Associate Pastor, Church Elder, and Youth Ministry Director

Pastor David Joiner joined LifeSprings Christian Church in 1999 and presently serves as the Associate Pastor and Youth Director. He assists Senior Pastor, Ron Rhea, in crafting and fulfilling the vision of LifeSprings Christian Church. He develops, organizes, and provides leadership to the many ministries within the church. With a passion for youth, Pastor David develops and oversees the education and training of LifeSprings' youth department and its leaders. A solid leader, Pastor David loves people and is supportive and professional in his interaction with the local community. Pastor David is an avid worshipper who is committed to furthering the work of the gospel to the nations.

Tim Smith - Church Elder and Minister of Finance

Elder Tim joined LifeSprings Christian Church in 1998 and currently serves as Minister of Finance. He is responsible for advising and assisting the pastoral staff in making critical fiscal decisions. His sound judgment and wise counsel is instrumental in helping Pastor Ron and the LifeSprings body, at-large, in meeting and maintaing its commitment to being a debt-free church. His extensive knowledge of the construction industry has proved invaluable to LifeSprings as we undertake a new direction as a church family.

Elder Tim, along with Pastors Ron and David, serve as the first line of spiritual covering for the LifeSprings body.
