P.I.T. Crew: Prechoolers In Training

Mariann Wood, Director

Mariann was born in Norwalk, Connecticut, but have lived in Texas for most of her life. She says that throughout most of her childhood, she attended church, but never really knew the importance of knowing God until she was much older.

Mariann began working for a local law firm in 2000 as a Legal Assistant and also works for a school where she enjoys ministering to teenage children. She believes that it has been a big blessing to make a difference in their lives by being there for them when they need someone.

In 2002, she met and married her husband, Nat. Together, they began attending LifeSprings Church along with their five children. Mariann says that her children are a blessing and that she and Nat are excited to watch them grow in God's Word.

The P.I.T. Crew's mission is to provide a safe, fun, loving environment for children to learn the Word of God and grow in their faith.

The goal of the P.I.T. Crew Ministry is as follows:

• Teach the Word of God through activities that are age-appropriate and fun
• Teach the same message in all of our classes to facilitate family discussions at home
• Teach children that worship and prayer are important in the daily walk with God.
