.: About Alan and Rachelle :.Alan and Rachelle are high school sweethearts, married in 1996, and parents to four happy children. Rachelle leads the dance ministry, and has attended LifeSprings since 1992. She enjoys homeschooling their children, and finding new ways to bring a relevant Gospel message to young people through mentoring and teaching.
Alan has served the body of LifeSprings Church since 1989 as a deacon, youth pastor and worship team member. He is passionate about seeing God's children walk in freedom, with a pure heart. Alan and Rachelle are trained in pastoral counseling, crisis intervention, and in healing and deliverance. Together, they share a vision to see Epoch impact their culture with God's truth and power.

EPOCH (ep-och - n. \'ep-?k\) Meaning: An event or time that is a starting point of a new period in history. The Bible says in First Peter, Chapter Two, Verse 9 that we are a chosen generation; a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a peculiar people that we show forth the praises of him who has called us out of darkness into His marvelous light.
The Epoch Youth Ministry is made up of a united group of youth that love God and are not afraid to live that love out loud. The goal of Epoch is to grow strong in the knowledge of God and walk with Him…to be an influence that will draw this generation to Him rather than being influenced by the world and being drawn away.
We provide age-appropriate teaching that is designed to impact specific areas of their lives—spiritual, financial, and social. What is unique is that our youth take ownership of the direction of the group and are developed to become leaders who see to it that their life’s purpose is fulfilled. Youth who have a godly perspective of money are less of a financial drain and are more likely to live within their allowance.
Today’s youth go into the mission field every day—their schools. When they are trained and equipped, they will bring God’s healing love through prophetic words and leading others to healing and redemption. Through our regular discipleship classes and social gatherings, our youth will experience spiritual growth as never before and will operate in their gifting at new depths.
